Six-stage setup process
Build the company before promising an event launch
The formation sequence should create a business that can contract, invoice and operate within scope, followed by a repeatable event-permit workflow for each assignment.
Map services and money flow
List event formats, client types, contracts, management fees, ticket or sponsorship income, supplier mark-ups, deposits, refunds and whether the company acts as planner, organiser, promoter or producer.
Classify activities and exclusions
Match every revenue line to current authority wording. Separate event management from ticketing, talent, media, travel, catering, security, technical production, equipment rental, venue operation and trading.
Select entity and jurisdiction
Compare mainland, free-zone, branch and amendment routes against clients, delivery locations, office needs, visas, event permits, contracting, banking, tax and renewal conditions.
Prepare and submit formation
Reserve the name, prepare owner and company documents, complete beneficial-owner information, secure accepted premises evidence and coordinate the agreed licence and external-approval submissions.
Open company operations
After licence issuance, complete the tax, immigration, workforce, banking and insurance workstreams that apply, and establish authority, venue, supplier, contracting, privacy and accounting records.
Run the event approval gate
For each event, confirm the venue, NOCs, ePermit route, performers, ticketing, structures, security, medical, food, advertising, insurance and supplier documents before public launch or site mobilisation.
i
Timing follows the slowest dependency. Shareholder documents, trade-name review, premises, external activity approval, ePermit, venue NOCs, performers, structures, ticketing and specialist bodies can follow different paths. Use a staged timeline only after the company model and event file have been checked.
